🍏 Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • ½ bunch of chicory

  • 1 apple

  • 1 cucumber

  • Around 200ml of water


    (Optional) Add a teaspoon of honey or half a spoon of lemon juice to soften the bitterness.

  1. Wash well — Rinse chicory thoroughly, as dirt often collects near the roots. Wash the apple and cucumber too, especially if you’re keeping the skin on.

  2. Cut into pieces — Slice everything into small chunks (about 3–4cm) so the blender works smoothly.

  3. Blend everything together — Add half the water first, then the ingredients. Adjust the thickness by adding more water gradually.

  4. Pour and serve — Fill your glass about two-thirds full to leave a refreshing space on top. Drink it right away or chill it for 15 minutes for a cleaner taste.

  • 菊苣 半棵
